"Citing plumbing issues and delays in county approval delays for the slide in a projected opening date, the breakfast burrito-focused My Huevos is now confidently predicting a November debut on the westside. Located at the intersection of Sahara Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard and across the street from Hash House A Go Go, the 896-square-foot corner plot at at the Sahara Rainbow Center has installed its exterior signage and is finalizing the customizable menu. Noticing a gap in the fast-casual market, the choices go beyond a standard bacon, or chorizo and egg burrito and will feature four different types of beans or potato, plus 27 specialty toppings, previewed to include spam, pineapple, and pork chili verde.
