Wirsthaus Team Opening a Biergarten in Mar Vista | Eater LA

"I learned the team behind Hollywood’s Wirtshaus and the Long Beach Rasselbock are bringing their biergarten concept to Mar Vista under the name Rasselbock; a tip said it will open in mid-January, while German-born owners Bjoern Risse and Bülent Yildirim estimate mid-2019 as a possible opening date. The company took over the shuttered former modern gastropub Louie’s Of Mar Vista and construction is well underway, and the forthcoming location sits only steps from David Kuo’s Little Fatty and the Accomplice bar.
