"Launched by MasterChef winner Tim Anderson as a permanent quick-service takeaway hatch in Brixton, this counter focuses on the of-the-moment katsu sandwich trend and opened recently at 21 Electric Lane. It currently operates Tuesday–Saturday from 12pm–3pm and offers a compact menu of three katsu sandwiches (pork, chicken, and miso aubergine), three salads (tomato, sesame chicken, and ponzu aubergine), and a short drinks list of cold green or oolong tea, lemonade, and ginger beer, with plans to possibly extend hours and offerings in the future." - Adam Coghlan
