"Opening later this summer in Parsons Alley in downtown Duluth, this two-floor Thai restaurant and bubble-tea bar from Paul Yuwachit (owner of Thai and Sushi EAV and Donkey Mexican Bar and Grill) pairs a counter-serve first floor of Thai-style street food—rice dishes, soups and salads reminiscent of his East Atlanta Village menu—with a healthier focus using quinoa, brown rice and cauliflower rice. The upstairs bubble-tea bar is designed as a cafe/lounge for working or hanging out, serving snacks throughout the day and offering alcohol-infused boba; the downstairs bar will also carry sake, beer, wine and cocktails. The operation emphasizes sustainability with biodegradable straws, utensils and plates, and the owner plans to publish a magazine to share recipes and explore Asian culture, from travel to sake-making." - Beth McKibben
