"A walk-up, counter-service concept in Inman Quarter offering boozy shaved ice, to-go cocktails, and hot dogs aimed at reducing wait times and serving guests using the development’s common-area seating. The menu — created by bartender Andie Osby — includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic shaved ices such as a tequila-based Can’t Elope (passionfruit liqueur, fresh mango, cantaloupe, and Tajin) and a Cream Peach (bourbon, Aperol, lemon, mint, allspice dram, sugar, and condensed milk). Food offerings include Fripper’s hot dogs and rotating collaborations with local chefs, beginning with El Tesoro’s barbacoa served as a trio of sliders on toasted Hawaiian rolls with jicama slaw, lime crema, and crispy onions. The counter opens Thu–Sun, roughly 3:30–10:30 p.m. (hours may shift with demand), and was launched to support neighboring businesses and expand local beer and partnership programming." - Beth McKibben
