"Chef Michael Cimarusti is closing his Fairfax retail space Cape Seafood and Provisions at the end of the month. The nearly three-year-old project was designed as a retail outpost of Cimarusti’s sustainable Dock to Dish seafood initiative, with grab and go food also available, but now the team is moving on, per a post on their Instagram page. They call the foray into the retail side a true 'learning experience,' and thank customers for their support. The final day of service will be January 31." - Farley Elliott
