"A compact bakery from Isa Steyer and Billy Wright (who worked together at L’Appartement 4F) starting with a slender bread-focused menu including a “Billy baguette” with olives and herbes de Provence, sesame loaves, croissants, and coffee with Stumptown beans. Steyer teases a playful hybrid called a “pig in bed” — “sausage roll meets Pop Tart meets pig in blanket... should be insane,” says Steyer — and the plan is to eventually expand into sandwiches like a ham-and-potato-chip one and another with chickpea salad on ciabatta." - Emma Orlow
