"I found a very seasonal blueberry danish ($5.50) at Otway that plops exuberantly large blueberries on top of a deep well of corn pastry cream surrounded by crunchy-soft layers of laminated dough; as a circular danish it felt almost like an inverted cupcake, and the excellent laminated pastry plus a sprinkling of (I’m guessing) turbinado sugar on top provided a delightful textural flourish." - Nat Belkov
