A Highly Anticipated Seafood Restaurant Calls Off Its Las Vegas Strip Debut | Eater Vegas

"The resort will host the inaugural Women in Hospitality Leadership Conference and Legacy Gala on March 30–31 with keynotes, workshops, networking and mentorship for restaurateurs, managers, food-and-beverage directors, chefs and industry leaders; chefs Angie Mar, Lorena Garcia, Esther Choi and Cat Cora are slated to speak at activations and panels. Co-founder Elaine Wynn and Elizabeth Blau, founder and co‑founder of the Women’s Hospitality Initiative, will host a keynote conversation, and the Legacy Gala will feature gourmet food from Las Vegas women‑led restaurants.
