New Pop-Up Proper Sandos by Kishi Opens in Downtown Austin Hotel | Eater Austin
"A downtown hotel at 600 West Second Street that is hosting the temporary pop-up in the space that formerly housed the hotel's casual cafe. The hotel provided an opportunity for the chefs to test a sandwich-focused concept during a busy October in town (Austin City Limits, F1, etc.), and after the pop-up’s late-November end the space will undergo construction to become the brothers’ eventual restaurant, planned to open sometime in 2025." - Nadia Chaudhury
