"This is where it all started: chef-owner Side Geng opened what for a time was the city's only real Yunnan restaurant, successor to a smaller Yun Nan Flavour Snack, and at the newer Sunset Park location (founded in 2014) crossing-the-bridge noodles are front and center — sometimes featuring black chicken — while two dozen other dry and soupy rice noodle dishes round out the menu.
