"All-day breakfast-brunch restaurant and social club Breakfast at Barney’s opens in the former Bada Bings space on Decatur Street, just south of downtown, the AJC reports. Owned by Morris Brown College alumni “Barney” Lee Berry Jr. and Dr. Rashad Sanford, Breakfast at Barney’s opens August 31 serving “sophisticated Southern” fare on its menu. Think 14K gold pancakes that do indeed include edible gold, a New York-style steak and eggs, and a decadent bananas foster French toast. The menu will also feature fried catfish, shrimp and grits, lobster mac and cheese, and salmon croquettes and eggs. Take a look at the menu.
