Veracruz All Natural and Medici Roasting Open New Taco and Coffee Cafe - Eater Austin
"One of Austin’s best taco trucks, Veracruz All Natural, is teaming up with one of the city’s best coffee providers, Medici Roasting, to expand into a new alfresco dining space in Austin. Littlefield’s will be found at 2401 Winsted Lane in Tarrytown. The trucks will have a staggered opening: Medici starting on Monday, October 12 and Veracruz on Thursday, October 22. Veracruz, run by co-owners Reyna and Maritza Vazquez, will serve its usual taco menu, including those migas, as well as quesadillas, juices, fruit smoothies, and aguas frescas, alongside a dedicated kids’ menu." - Nadia Chaudhury
