"Located in the lower level of the Share Downtown apartment complex in the Las Vegas Arts District, this coffee shop blends playful, Instagram-worthy decor with a strong social mission. The menu includes charcuterie boards, sandwiches, teas, lemonades, fruit smoothies, pastries and locally sourced coffee from Dark Moon Coffee Roasters, with standout drinks like the dirt cup latte (chocolate, Oreo crumbles, whipped cream and a gummy worm), fluffer nutter lattes (peanut butter and marshmallow), gummy bear lemonade (fruity and light pink) and a sugar cookie matcha topped with holiday sprinkles. Bright interior touches—“Not Typical” in lights, large alternating-colored squares, black-and-white checkered chairs, a retro TV, disco balls, and a mural of 2 Chainz by Miscre8 and Derek Douglas—create a funky, eclectic, artistic atmosphere. Owner Taylor Gardner Chaney, who also runs the Garden Foundation inspired by her sister with Down syndrome, intentionally staffs the cafe with employees of all abilities (including adults with Down syndrome), pays wages of $10.50–$14 an hour plus tips, and aims to integrate workers into the community; she plans west-coast expansion to create more inclusive job opportunities. Open every day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m." - Sarah Bun
