"Launched as a delivery-only concept when Vanilla Orchid catering had to temporarily close, Austin's Chicken Salad Shoppe operates purely digitally as a ghost kitchen selling chicken salads for pickup and delivery; because customers can't casually stumble across it, foot traffic is replaced by internet traffic.
