Art of Chicken, closed since 2017 fire, to reopen in Bucktown - Eater Chicago

"Art of Chicken is a restaurant specializing in grilled birds and it debuted in 2013. Owner Christian Moreno started out as a food truck owner serving pollo al carbon that’s marinated overnight. The restaurant, which endured severe water damage from a fire, has been closed since August 25, 2017, but plans to reopen in early summer with an expanded space and new menu items like a pulled chicken sandwich." - Ashok Selvam
