"Now filling tubs for Kaden’s Woodlawn Italian restaurant and both of Spella Caffè’s brick‑and‑mortar cafes, Pronto Gelato is churning flavors such as Oregon hazelnut, lime‑ginger sorbetto, and stracciatella, using Oregon dairy and local ingredients (Oregon hazelnut butter, Oregon strawberries, marionberry sorbetto).
