"If there’s a single food thing I recommend to first time visitors of Smorgasburg, it’s Poncho’s Tlayudas: unique charcoal-grilled, folded tlayudas smeared with rich beans and stuffed to the max with stringy Oaxacan cheese, served with housemade morcilla (blood sausage) and tasajo (beef jerky).
