"If there’s a single food thing I recommend to first time visitors of Smorgasburg, it’s Poncho’s Tlayudas: unique charcoal-grilled, folded tlayudas smeared with rich beans and stuffed to the max with stringy Oaxacan cheese, served with housemade morcilla (blood sausage) and tasajo (beef jerky). Crunchy shredded cabbage balances each bite while an intense sauce provides heat and depth, and biting into the snappy grilled blood sausage gives a smoky finish." - Eater Staff
