"Pajarito was in the midst of opening a much-anticipated second location midMarch, just as the statewide mandated shut down began. It’s taken a minute to recalibrate, but now the restaurant, owned by chefs Stephan Hesse and Tyge Nelson is coming back with family meals to serve either two or four people. Priced at $37 and $72 respectively, the menu includes a choice of appetizer, main course, side dish and dessert. Main courses include chicken enmoladas, ribs, shaved beef tortas or build-your-own tacos with carnitas, barbacoa, chicken tinga, and mushroom and potato. There are also cocktail mixes, including Pajarito’s famous habenero margarita, just hit the liquor store for your own tequila to add at home." - Joy Summers
