"Opened at the Forum Shops at Caesars on the Las Vegas Strip, this 11,314-square-foot outpost — the chain’s first on the Strip and featuring its first True Bar outside Phoenix — emphasizes health-focused cooking developed by integrative medicine expert Dr. Andrew Weil. The space includes an open kitchen, an indoor patio and two themed private dining rooms (one garden-inspired and one al fresco-inspired), plus Las Vegas-specific design touches; a separate 1,800-square-foot True Bar floats on the shopping center’s reflecting pool and serves both detox and indulgent “retox” drinks.
