"Easily Portland’s largest food festival and now in its eighth year, Feast is a four-day celebration of the world’s dining culture that attracts chefs from around the globe and stages more than 50 events — from massive main events and the extravaganza of grilled meats called Smoked to the boozy Brunch Village, drink tanks, classes, intimate dinners, and after-parties. In 2019 the festival felt bigger and busier than ever: the daytime main events were rebranded as The Big Feast and moved to a much larger venue at the Waterfront, the lineup included international talent such as Maksut Askar and David Thompson, and while many marquee dinners sell out within minutes there are still tickets for a number of events. For attendees, keeping track of locations, chefs, and tips can be a hot mess, so follow the Eater PDX Instagram for live updates and consider reading the primers on what’s available and what to expect." - Eater Staff
