"I consider The Depot probably the closest you’ll get to fine dining on the Long Beach peninsula: a mix of fresh Northwest seafood plates and superb land entrées like duck confit, and for a real standout I order the Peruvian mango sea scallops — buttery, melt-in-your-mouth scallops in a sweet, acidic, slightly spiced mango reduction finished with a drizzle of parsley oil.
