"Located inside the new 3,118-square-foot flagship, this cafe was created as a sit-and-shop destination with indoor seating, a large front porch and patio (with space for live bands), and valet parking; it preserves a homey atmosphere from when the building was a residence and previously housed Hill Country Weavers. The pastry-focused menu features cakes, tarts, sweet and savory croissants, miniature pies, and macarons sourced from local women purveyors such as Maggie Louise Confections, BellaSweet, Tiny Pies, and La Patisserie, while savory options include a vegetable panini and a chicken Caesar salad. Drinks range from a full coffee program (Americanos, cappuccinos, espressos, macchiatos, and lattes made with a custom Texas Coffee Traders blend) to wine, beer, and frosé, with weekend high-tea service planned. The cafe’s hours match the adjacent store: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday–Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday." - Erin Russell
