The new restaurant specializes in Northern Chinese cuisine for lunch and dinner, with options like mapo tofu, salt and pepper chicken wings, Sichuan pepper pork belly, and spicy poached fish stew. There’s also a “premium menu” with pricey dishes like braised sea cucumber, which clocks in at $40 per person.
