"This roadside spot is one of the best late-night hangouts in town since it opened in 1967. Before the pandemic, Gibson’s was even open 24/7, but now it serves from 5 a.m. up until midnight. Though there are classics, the reason to come here is for inventive flavors like red velvet, blueberry, s’mores, and even cherry limeade in the form of yeasted or cake doughnuts.
