The restaurant serves a variety of Mexican dishes like burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, and cheese crisps, with menu highlights such as jalapeno-spiked hamachi and watermelon ceviche with pomegranate seeds. Creative tacos on handmade tortillas, like carne asada with scallion relish, crushed avocado, and spicy garlic butter, are also featured. The bar at Blanco offers an array of tequila, mezcal, vacation-esque cocktails, and refreshing margaritas made with house-made sours and fresh-squeezed juice.
