"Situated off the hotel lobby at Phipps Plaza in Buckhead, this glamorous fine-dining outpost from chef Nobu Matsuhisa, film star Robert De Niro, and producer Meir Teper blends sushi and traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian flavors. Occupying roughly 10,000 square feet and seating 272 between a bar area and dining room, the space draws on minimalist Japanese garden-pavilion architecture and features a river-rock art installation along the length of the bar; private dining seats up to 24 and a sake room accommodates 12. Led by chef Brandon Chavannes, the menu showcases signature items such as black cod with miso, rock shrimp tempura, yellowtail with jalapeño, kushiyaki skewers, and the restaurant’s sashimi and ceviche tacos. The bar offers cocktails like a lychee-and-elderflower martini, a pisco-based Meridian 77 with lychee and shiso, and a rum-and-Campari Buckhead Cooler, plus a separate bar food menu.
