"Set to open in Lowry Town Center at 200 Quebec St., the third Denver-area location is targeting a late-August opening (aiming for Monday, Aug. 26 or Tuesday, Aug. 27) though the exact date is pending completion of construction. The 3,200-square-foot restaurant—with occupancy around 100 and a 600-square-foot patio—will be the chain’s largest site and will offer the full menu from its other locations, with a focus on pizzas (regular crust and deep-dish) and wings (named the best wings in Colorado by BuzzFeed). Menu staples include lasagna, salads, baked subs and calzones, and the larger kitchen is expected to allow experimentation with pastas and other unique dishes not currently available elsewhere. Beverage offerings will feature 26 rotating beer taps and four wine taps curated by beverage manager Stacy Turk. The local chain began about ten years ago at 1906 Pearl Street and is considering further expansion in the Denver area." - Paul Albani-Burgio
