"I note that the fourth Archi’s Thai location opened on the Henderson border; the 2,634-square-foot corner spot at 9310 S. Eastern Avenue, #101 (702-916-3949) sits in Beltway Plaza near Serene Avenue in the former Baja Fresh and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Like its predecessors, it promotes “100% pure Thai food” and avoids fusion, focusing instead on flavors from the five basic groups: bitter, sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. Appetizers include two pieces of satay chicken for $4.50, shrimp rolls, beef Thai jerky, salads and soups; curries are $9.95 with diners choosing a protein and spice level. Entrees list $9.95 items such as spicy eggplant, pad prik king and spicy basil, while familiar noodle and rice options like pad Thai and pad see ew are priced at $8.95. The restaurant is the fourth in the Archi’s family, which has been opening locations since 2004, following the original Archi’s Thai Bistro in Spring Valley and later Archi’s Thai Cafe and Archi’s Thai Kitchen." - Bradley Martin
