"Nashville’s second oldest restaurant, meat-and-three Pie Wagon, will reopen with new owners and apparently will serve alcohol, according to a July 25 agenda document from the Metro Beer Board. The 96-year-old Pie Wagon just closed back in April, due to Metro Water Department’s mandated plumbing upgrades that former owner David Biggs deemed “too expensive to do and stay profitable.”" - Delia Jo Ramsey
