Its burritos nod to the overstuffed, steamed Mission tradition but currently omit rice (the owner plans to test rice as an optional add-in); they can be ordered 'super' with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, salsas and Monterey Jack cheese, and can also be served crispy instead of steamed.
