"Lavo, the Manhattan nightclub popular with celebrities, closed last month after 13 years. The venue announced the decision on Instagram: 'The building we are located in is set to undergo redevelopment.' Co-founder Noah Tepperberg tells the New York Daily News he hopes to reopen Lavo in Midtown, although the venue will operate as a restaurant, not a bi-level club with food." - Luke Fortney
