"I discovered that Chasseurs Courrier is a rider-run delivery company that charges no setup or commission fees for restaurants and delivers at a flat rate of around $7 to $9 per delivery (which restaurants can choose to pass on in part or in full); tips are shared among riders and there’s profit sharing and rider input on operations though it’s not officially a co-op yet. The company does more parcel than food delivery, has no centralized list of restaurant partners, is closed Monday evenings and generally doesn’t deliver after 9 p.m., and its delivery zone centers on the Plateau (outside-zone orders can be passed to other services). Chasseurs Courrier is integrated with CHK PLZ and works with restaurants including Sushi Momo, Nilufar, Café Resonance, SpiceBros, and Café Rumi." - Eater
