Byrdie’s Flies Onto West Third Today With Lots of Rotisserie Chicken | Eater LA

"Located at 8030 W. Third Street in the former home of 28-year brunch veteran Quality, the colorful rotisserie chicken restaurant is a casual sit-down spot from the ever-expanding Bacari team that was two years in the making as a concept by brothers Robert and Daniel Kronfli and chef/partner Lior Hillel. Expect lots of golden slow-cooked bird served as sandwiches, bowls, and platters, plus roasted vegetables, bone broth, and other sides. Better still, the new restaurant will match meals ordered at its restaurant with an in-kind meal donation to the LA Regional Food Bank, thanks to co-owner and longtime food bank board member Robert Kronfli.
