Xian Biang Biang Noodles Will Open Covent Garden Restaurant | Eater London
"An acclaimed specialist in Shaanxi biang biang and Chongqing xiao mian that launched in Spitalfields in summer 2018; its large canteen on Wentworth Street quickly became a lunchtime favourite among local workers. The operator, Chao Zhang, has since expanded into neighbourhood Sichuan projects in west London, and the brand is now set to open a second London restaurant by taking over the former site of a Korean outlet on Wellington Street in Covent Garden." - James Hansen
