Best Outdoor Dining Restaurants in New York City | Eater NY

"Starting on Friday, May 2, Popina will offer outdoor dining in the 2,000 square-foot sprawling backyard. Its happy hours will continue from Monday through Thursday from 5 to 6 p.m. Deals include a $15 classic Roman pasta; $10 kid pasta; $10 Negronis, wines, and spritz; and $5 beers and nonalcoholic specials. The 500 square-foot side dining room with the retractable roof will be reserved for those who don’t necessarily want a full dinner. This is a wine destination with an interesting list from owner James O’Brien." - Shivani Vora
