"Opened right before SXSW on Wednesday, March 6, this new CBD store, coffee shop, and bakery operates inside downtown music venue Flamingo Cantina. I learned the edibles, made by local catering company Keep Austin Baked using Flamingo’s own CBD-infused coconut oil, include muffins, scones, chocolate chip cookies, gingerbread lollipops, and chocolate-covered espresso bean clusters, each infused with between 10 and 25 milligrams of CBD per serving. There's also a coffee menu with drip, espresso, and iced options that can be served with optional CBD shots. Owner Angela Tharp opened the shop to provide CBD items for their health benefits; the shop also sells hemp CBD oils, salves, vapes, lip balms, and glosses, with hemp sourced from an organic farm in Colorado.
