"An Argentinian pop-up that has moved into its first permanent location, serving sandwiches like the choripan (where it takes its name from). Located at 27 Bushwick Avenue in East Williamsburg and sharing the space with Here Café BK, it offers dine-in, takeout, and delivery; hours are Thursday to Saturday 3 p.m. until midnight and Sunday until 8 p.m. Co-owner Marco Pasos tells Eater the goal is “to become the first Argentinian street food to franchise” in New York." - Emma Orlow
