"The 10,000-person capacity venue next to Downtown Summerlin opens its sixth season on Friday, March 28 (home opener vs. the Reno Aces) and has returned Professional Sports Catering and executive chef Garry DeLucia to run concessions. Guest-chef programming at the club level features local chefs, Strip talent and other takeovers of the Chef’s show kitchen, while the Chef’s Table buffet includes a dessert cart and a margarita cart. New cocktails include the Closer (Tito’s vodka, rhubarb, pomegranate and lime juice) and the Slugger (1800 cucumber and jalapeño tequila, watermelon liqueur, lime juice, and Tajín garnish), the venue’s frosé returns, and a second team-branded craft beer has been added. The venue is fully cashless (no cash exchanges at points of sale), supports contactless payments and issues digital tickets. Family-friendly offerings include a $10 kids’ value meal with a junior Nathan’s hot dog in a potato bun, apple slices, potato chips and a drink, plus souvenir-served items such as nachos in a helmet and root beer floats in keepsake mugs." - Janna Karel
