Pick a protein, a flavor base, and the form (rice bowl, lettuce bowl, or burrito) — the signature Banh Sai base comes with cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, pickled carrot, pickled daikon radish, green onion, “sticky” sauce, Banh Sai aioli, sesame seeds, and togarashi.
