"A new Vietnamese restaurant in the Prado shopping complex off Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, owned by Duc Tran of 575 Bistro, serving lunch and dinner with menu highlights that include pho, a buttermilk shrimp banh mi, glazed duck leg confit, and Vietnamese coconut mussels. The operation also donates a portion of proceeds to local women’s and children’s shelters as a tribute to the last queen of Vietnam, Nam Phuong Hoang Hau." - Beth McKibben
