Mr. Fries Man coming to North Las Vegas - Eater Vegas
"Mr. Fries Man is moving into the long-shuttered Ruby’s Tacos corner space at the Desert Oaks Plaza. The fast-casual restaurant is scheduled to be open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant, known for its Instagram-ready dishes, offers French fries topped with various options including steak, shrimp, bacon, and cheese.
