"Soho restaurant Sola Pasta Bar is expanding by opening food carts with pasta around town. Starting Wednesday, Sola Pasta Karts will be out in Midtown East at 53rd Street and Park Avenue. It will be giving out free cacio e pepe and aglio olio e pepronicino from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Later on, trucks will also park out in Bryant Park at 42nd Street and 5th Avenue and in FiDi at Zuccotti Park. All the carts will offer five pastas, though the menu will change daily." - Serena Dai
