Replacing a shuttered jewelry store and facing the closed Swarovski crystal boutique at the Grand Bazaar Shops, a cup of the Korean-inspired “Dragon Breath” costs $6.99. Made with “fruity cereal puffs soaked in liquid nitrogen,” once customers take a bite, the concoction sends a harmless white fog through the mouth and nostrils “mimicking the smoke coming out of a dragon’s mouth.” Also on the menu, chia and acai bowls, including the $11.99 charcoal, chia seed, almond milk, and fruit creation, nitrogen organic ice creams, sorbets, a $26.99 macaron sundae, and root beer ice cream floats.
