"Chef Mike Friedman’s Bloomingdale stalwart will be open for dinner on New Year’s Eve with its full menu and a few festive specials, including caviar and chips with whipped lemon creme fraiche, New York strip steak, and Albert de Conti Pétillant Naturel, available by the glass.
