"This new Colorado Springs breakfast-and-brunch spot serves a wide-ranging menu that runs from indulgent sweets to lighter fare: pineapple upside-down pancakes, flights of pancakes, French toast stuffed with mascarpone, breakfast pot pie, morning shakshuka, the chile verde Benny, and Juan’s breakfast tacos sit alongside egg-white frittatas and grain bowls. The beverage program keeps the party going with inventive morning cocktails like a rum-spiked Dirty Drunken Chai, straight-up or spicy bloody Marys, a morning margarita, and an over-the-top Horse & Sidecar bloody Mary topped with ham, cheddar, olive, pickle, and a side of beer. The 129-seat restaurant features retro-inspired decor and a 52-seat, dog-friendly patio, and opened with community partnerships benefiting Catamount Institute, Colorado Springs Food Rescue, and The Home Front Cares. It is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m." - Susan Stapleton
