Sycamore Den Sold to Owners of Waterfront Bar and Grill - Eater San Diego
"Sycamore Den, a popular hangout on Adams Avenue, is changing ownership. The bar, which opened in 2013 and features a 70s-inspired design, has been sold by its original owner, Nicholas Zanoni, to Chad Cline and Jason 'Rocky' Nichols. Despite challenges during the pandemic, the business has been steady since late 2021.
