"Having moved from a direct-to-consumer operation to a full-service restaurant and retail market, Mr. Aaron’s Goods now offers a full menu of bagel sandwiches—from simple bagel and schmear to lox—as well as an expanded lunch lineup with tuna and chicken salad sandwiches, BLTs, and Italias made with King salumi genoa, Calabrese salami, and Frippers pepperoni. Drip coffee will be made with Hachi Machi, Mr. Aaron’s proprietary beans roasted locally by Drew’s Brews. The revamped space also includes a mini bodega stocked with fresh pasta, sauces made with local beef and pork from Bear Creek Farm, olive oils, cheeses, award-winning guanciale and pancetta, and various flours.
