"Several months after critic Robert Sietsema popped into Sartiano’s for a First Look, I walked from the Eater Fidi offices to Soho, and stopped by to try the lasagna, layered with wild mushroom, black truffle, and Parmigiano ($34). Sartiano’s is the first open-to-the-public, restaurant from Scott Sartiano of members-only Zero Bond, with the esteemed chef Alfred Portale overseeing the kitchen led by Chris Lewnes. This go-round it was terrific, pasta al forno that shows a kitchen that’s gotten its groove past the opening." - Eater Staff
