"Frice Cream started supplying its unique ice cream creations to some of the best restaurants in town, and also to everyday diners at its location inside the Citadel food hall. Flavors rotate frequently, but its seasonal creations are a must-try (think mini peep marshmallows in the rocky road ice cream for Easter or almond matzo toffee during Hanukkah).
